With his rich baritone voice and impressive improvisational ability, award-winning jazz singer, songwriter and recording artist Ori Dagan is making waves with his third recording, Nathaniel: A Tribute to Nat King Cole. It won Silver Medal for Best Album at the Global Music Awards and charted in the Top 50 on JazzWeek. Nathaniel is also a collection of 12 music videos, found on YouTube and screened at over 50 film and music festivals around the world. In 2018, Dagan headlined the TanJazz festival in Tangier, Morocco, showcased at Austin’s Elephant Room at SXSW and performed at South Korea’s first ever Public Diplomacy Week.

The successful “Jazz Giants” Series featured Ori Dagan and guitarist Nathan Hiltz at Jazz Bistro every Tuesday in July, August, October and November 2018, celebrating the legacies of jazz legends Peggy Lee, Blossom Dearie, Antonio Carlos Jobim, Dinah Washington, Duke Ellington, Carmen McRae, Anita O’Day, Ella Fitzgerald, Judy Garland, Tony Bennett, Lester Young, Bessie Smith, Count Basie, Fats Waller, Sarah Vaughan and Nina Simone. This evening will feature highlights from the series.
